I spent four years in the Marine Corps, where I planned field power and managed maintenance for a fleet of generators. After that I earned a computer science degree from Colorado State University (3.96 GPA) and was the founding engineer at WarTable.ai, an AI startup.
Today I run ContraptionSoft, a small software company in Benton, Arkansas that builds websites, custom software, and AI automation for small businesses.

WarTable.ai · founding engineer
WarTable connects to a business's email, documents, and other apps (about 3,000 are supported) and gives the owner an assistant that can answer questions and take action across them. I built it from the first lines of code to a live product with paying customers: the assistant, the integrations, billing, and the cloud infrastructure.

Colorado State University · Computer Science Department
Part of RamDesk, the department's grading platform. It reads the bibliography in a student's paper and flags any reference that can't be found anywhere, so instructors know what to look at. It has run more than 36,000 checks; the running count is on RamDesk's sign-in page.
U.S. Marine Corps · 4th Marine Regiment
Planned and ran the electrical power for a 200-person headquarters during field exercises: gathered what every section needed, sized about 20 generators, set it all up, and kept it running around the clock.
